The house
Indoor rooms that open onto the terrace
Casa Ducci was newly renovated to blend indoor comfort with open-air living. Slide the glass walls away and the living room runs straight onto the terrace, the fireplace lounge and the pool deck.
Each of the four suites has a king bed, its own bathroom, a smart TV and a private balcony, so every couple or friend gets their own space. The common rooms sit away from the bedrooms, so late talkers don't wake early risers.
Watch the sunrise from the terrace, look for whales from mid-December to April, and end the day by the gas fireplace under the stars.

Questions
Before you book
Are the pool and hot tub heated?
Yes. The infinity pool and the spa are both heated, and both are open all year.
How far is the airport, and do we need a car?
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is about 45 minutes away. You don't need a car. We can arrange a driver to meet you, and the same driver can stay on call all week. Uber and DiDi also work in town.
Can we walk to restaurants and the marina?
Yes. It's about a 15-minute walk downhill to the marina, restaurants, coffee and groceries. The way back is steep, so most guests ride home.
Can we swim at the beach?
Pedregal's beach is lovely for walks and photos, but the current is strong and it isn't safe for swimming. For swimming, go to Medano Beach on the bay, near the marina.
Can we drink the water?
The kitchen has a reverse-osmosis drinking-water system, so use that water for drinking and cooking.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Yes: central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace if you need to check in with work.
Can we host a party or an event?
The house is for up to 8 registered guests. Parties or events with outside guests need our OK in advance. A private chef dinner for your group is no problem at all.
Can we bring a pet?
Only with our approval in advance, so please ask before you book.
Is there parking?
Yes, free street parking.

Getting around & food delivery
Uber and DiDi both work in town. Uber Eats, Rappi and DiDi Food deliver in Cabo; if security asks, meet the driver at the gate. For the airport, ask us for our driver.
